End Clamp Set

End  Clamp Set  is the appropriate component from the  company’s PV Mounting  System, for fastening the outer edges of PV frames on the aluminum rails.
The lower portion is adjusted to the rail, while the upper portion holds the panels.

Specifications
End  Clamp Set consists of:
a) One (1) flat chisel with special colouring that is easy to use it and prevents aluminum browning.
b) A INOX screw M6X45X35mm or M6X35X25mm (depending on the thickness of the panel).
c) One (1) aluminum profile for unilateral restraint of PV panel.

End Clamp Set mounting
End  Clamp Set  is initially placed into the groove of the rail and then by snapping and pushing it toward the rail.
The fastening of the PV panels on the rail is executed by M6 screw. The torque that we are going to use is up to the task to be executed. We always have in mind that we are going to tighten an aluminum profile that includes glass. Additionally, we should not use extensions to the keys to prevent possible damages.  The tightness of the second screw and M6 Stainless steel follows.

Packaging of Product
End  Clamp Set  comes in  two (2) codes. Code 150.2111 is for panel thickness 50mm to 36mm. Code 150.2121 is suitable for panel thickness of 40mm to 26mm.
Set is available in a pack carton with dimensions 22X12X13, 5cm, including 20 sets per box.
